Welcome to Gary Kott’s Creative Warehouse.  It is important that you carefully read these Terms of Use before using the site.  If you do not agree to be bound to these terms, do not use this site.

Certain areas of the site may ask you to provide information such as registration or purchasing products or receiving newsletters; the decision to provide this information is purely optional.  If you register on the site or create a personal profile you may not sell, transfer, or assign your membership. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.  Gary Kott’s Creative Warehouse reserves the right to terminate your Account or deny you access in its sole discretion without notification.

You need a valid credit card, with full authority to use it, to purchase merchandise, Stories, Plays, Sculpture, Paintings.  We will not be liable in the event that others use your credit card to make purchases.

All prices listed on Gary Kott’s Creative Warehouse are subject to change.  If a product has been listed at an incorrect price due to circumstances such as typographical errors we reserve the right to cancel the order; if your credit card has already been charged for the purchase we will issue a credit to that card for the full charge.

Colors of Sculptures and Paintings may not be correctly displayed, depending on your monitor.

Sales taxes are not included in the price of the products.

All sales at Gary Kott’s Creative Warehouse are final.

The entire contents of Gary Kott’s Creative Warehouse are copyrighted under the United States copyright laws; nothing on the site including Stories, Plays, Paintings, Sculpture, Blogs, Storynars may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or downloaded without written permission of Gary Kott’s Creative Warehouse.

If you choose to access third-party sites from Gary Kott’s Creative Warehouse (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), we do not control these sites and you agree not to hold us responsible or liable for any third-party failures.

Any user content that you provide to Gary Kott’s Creative Warehouse will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. You agree that you own the rights to the user content that you submit. You acknowledge that the Internet may be subject to breaches of security and that user content that you submit may not be secure.
